Two workshops from the founder’s personal network were invited to try the product for free. Both sell sportswear, use KiotViet, share many of the same distributors, and have in-house football jersey printing. The next step is to collect feedback and measure results; willingness to pay has not yet been validated.

Sổ Xưởng is operated by HỘ KINH DOANH 3361 SPORT, a registered household business in Vietnam, and was developed by Chou from internal workshop needs. The business was first registered on July 19, 2024. Product development began in September 2026 and is self-funded.
Chou estimates that Claude assisted with 70–80% of the product-building process, with additional support from Codex.
This is a founder estimate of development assistance, not an audited percentage of code or a measure of Claude API usage in the application.
Before you start
Where is data processed?
The current version stores operational data on the machine running the application. When an external AI provider is used, the content to be processed is sent to the configured provider. Submitting a receipt sends the relevant data to KiotViet.
Can I sign up and start using it online?
Deployment is currently assisted, with a separate installation for each workshop. Self-service SaaS accounts on a shared platform are not available yet.
Does the application use the Claude API?
Yes. Sổ Xưởng integrates Claude via API to support inventory reconciliation with KiotViet. Users review results before submitting receipts. Claude also assists with product development.
